Terms of service.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
Feedshop is operated by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}}, {{COMPANY_ADDRESS}} ("Feedshop", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Feedshop websites and services. By using the service — and in particular by creating an account — you accept them. If you do not agree, don't use the service. Questions go to {{COMPANY_EMAIL}}.
The service
Feedshop is an affiliate-marketing platform for style content. It consists of the public feed, where visitors browse and shop creators' posts; the creator studio, where creators publish posts, tag products and follow their earnings; and the partner portal, where merchants who work with Feedshop directly manage their integration. Product links on the platform route through our click tracking, which is how sales are attributed to creators.
Feedshop is the platform, not the store: purchases are contracts between you and the merchant you buy from, on the merchant's terms.
Accounts and eligibility
To create an account of any kind, the following applies:
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- The information you register with must be accurate and kept up to date.
- One account per person — don't create additional or shared accounts.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account; keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at {{COMPANY_EMAIL}} if you suspect it's been compromised.
Creator terms
Your content stays yours. You retain all rights to the photos and text you publish; you grant Feedshop a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce and promote that content for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform. The license ends for content you delete, except where it survives in financial records or as required by law.
Tag honestly. Product markers must identify the actual product shown (or a genuinely equivalent listing), and you must not misrepresent what a product is, costs, or does.
Disclose the relationship. Posts on Feedshop contain affiliate links you can earn from, and consumer-protection and advertising rules require that this is apparent to your audience. Feedshop displays an affiliate disclosure on the platform; where you share your Feedshop content into other channels, disclosing the commercial relationship there is your responsibility.
Commissions accrue when a merchant confirms a qualifying purchase attributed to your content through our click tracking. Attribution follows the recorded click; commission rates and confirmation are ultimately determined by the merchant or network reporting the sale. Commissions are reversed when the underlying order is refunded, cancelled or rejected.
Payouts require valid bank details (account holder and IBAN) in your studio settings. Confirmed earnings are paid out in payout runs; where required, you are responsible for taxes on your earnings.
Merchant and partner terms
Merchants who integrate with Feedshop directly ("Feedshop Direct") do so under a separate merchant agreement — covering commission terms, conversion reporting, and the technical integration — entered into when the merchant application is approved. Where those terms conflict with these, the merchant agreement prevails for the merchant relationship.
Prohibited conduct
What is and isn't acceptable on the platform — from content standards to click fraud — is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. Breaking it is breaking these terms.
Intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content on Feedshop infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, send a notice to {{COMPANY_EMAIL}} including:
- Identification of the protected work you believe is infringed.
- The location of the allegedly infringing content on Feedshop (a link to the post or profile).
- Your name and contact details.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
Takedown and repeat infringers
On receiving a valid notice we remove or hold the content while we review, inform the creator where appropriate, and restore content only if the complaint proves unfounded. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Moderation and enforcement
We may hold, hide or remove content and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law — including forfeiting commissions that arise from fraudulent activity.
Newly published posts may be screened by automated systems (including AI review) for policy risk; content is only removed, and accounts only sanctioned, by human decision. If your content is held, you'll see it in your studio, and moderation decisions can be raised with us at {{COMPANY_EMAIL}}.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every click will be attributed, or any particular level of earnings; tracking depends in part on merchants, networks and browsers we don't control.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from the use of the service is limited to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and — for creators — to the total commissions paid to you in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in your settings; deletion removes your content immediately, while financial records are retained as described in the privacy policy. We may terminate or suspend accounts as described under moderation and enforcement, and will give reasonable notice where the law requires it. Confirmed, unpaid commissions on a lawfully operated account survive termination and are paid out in the normal payout runs.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The date of the last change is shown at the top; material changes will be announced to account holders by email in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of {{COMPANY_JURISDICTION}}, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of {{COMPANY_JURISDICTION}}.
